Additional Property Attributes

The site is presently an industrial island located within a residential community in South Los Angeles. In conjuction with the City of Los Angeles and The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles, the project will provide 34 two and three bedroom apartments at rents affordable to families that make between 30 and 50 of the area median income. The project involves the abatement of existing asbestos and lead-based point followed by the demolition of existing warehouses expected to begin April 1, 2010. Upon completion of the demolitin activities, work will commence to identify and remediate, if necessary, any soil contamination under the oversight of the Department of Toxic Substance Control.
