Additional Property Attributes

The Powerhouse Community Development Corporation CDC, a non-profit organization, has requested a Phase I assessment be conducted at the property. The Powerhouse CDC intends to demolish the building and develop the property as an educational youth center. ACM needs to properly address prints demo. Phase II not needed?

Former Use: The property was formerly the Light House Thrift Store. It has been used for a variety of retail and industrial purposes, and is currently vacant and privately owned.
