Additional Property Attributes

The subgrant agreement between St. Louis Development Corporation and Habitat for Humanity St. Louis was signed on 4/16/09. Habitat for Humanity St. Louis is one of more than 1,800 worldwide affiliates of Habitat for Humanity International. Habitat for Humanity houses are sold with no profit made. Homeowners contribute "sweat equity," and house payments are recycled to build additional houses. The home has a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design LEED of Platinum. This parcel is titled 2904 Sheridan Ave New because it is a larger parcel that was redrawn in 2009. The former parcel, by the same address, had assessment work done by LRA under BF 98797401 and by MDNR under an EPA Section 128a State/Tribal grant.

Former Use: Property has always been residential but due to the industrial history of the City of St. Louis lead and PAH contamination have occurred.
