Additional Property Attributes

The site is a dilapidated apartment building that St. Martin de Porres High School purchased. St. Martin used the ARRA RLF subgrant to remove the asbestos prior to demolition. The building was subsequently demolished by SMDP at a cost 10,000. Eventually, the property will be utilized for the expansion of the high school, in the meantime it will be used as extra parking space for the school's employees.
