Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property is developed with six buildings. Significant renovation of the Citizen's State Bank building began in 1998 and consisted of both structural repair and rebuilding. The original concrete walls and floor were left in place however, the original wood roof and second story floor were replaced. The interior walls were plastered and painted, and the exterior concrete walls were covered with marble stone. New additions on the first floor include vinyl flooring, solid wood cabinetry, and a central heat and air conditioning system. Renovation of the interior second floor is not complete.
