Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consists of approximately 10 acres located at the Southwest corner of the intersection of U.S. Hwy 60 and Interstate I-35 1.5 miles North of Tonkawa, Oklahoma in Kay County. The subject property contains a 6500 ft� building that was previously used as a restaurant. The property also contains a 1000 ft� concrete slab foundation that previously used to be a service station. The majority of the site is a large gravel parking lot to the West of the old restaurant building. There is an old closed wastewater treatment lagoon located to the east of the restaurant building near the I-35 right of way that has been closed due to the property being included in the city of Tonkawa sanitary sewer extension.
