Additional Property Attributes

Community benefit as dye plant is located in predominantly residential area. Phase 1 and Phase 2 ESA's will address sustainable reuse/brownfield prevention and reduction of environmental threats.

Former Use: Portions of the property were constructed in 1920. The site has operated as a dye plant since that date. Wehadkee Yarn Mills, Inc. was the most recent plant owner.
