Property Highlights

The site was operated as an electro plating facility until 2001. Vats, drums and other chemical storage units were left in the vacant building. USEPA performed a removal action in 2002. Phase I/II and III Environmental Site Assessments were conducted in 2008/09. The City of Bridgeport has owned the property since 2007 and is currently trying to engage a developer to remediate the property. Former Use: The property was operated as an electro plating shop until 2001.
