Additional Property Attributes

Based on the Phase I ESA completed in May 2010, RECs were found in relation to the subject site based on ASTM Standard Practice E1527-05. RECs are due to the subject site's proximity to petroleum storage and handling facilities and marine repair facilities. Due to age of construction an asbestos and lead-based survey were conducted. Survey results indicated asbestos containing floor tiles and lead-based paint. Phase I and surveys provided data that lead to the successful demolition of building. The building was demolished in December 2011 and the property is currently vacant. Excellent waterfront property waiting for reuse.

Former Use: Property was historically a seafood restaurant and bar. The adjacent parcel is undeveloped land used for parking. On-site two-story structure was not suitable for re-use and was demolished in December 2011.
