Additional Property Attributes

This site is a former gas station. Worked funded by the EPA Brownfields Petroleum Assessment Grant included a Remedial Investigation, which included: groundwater samples preliminary vapor intrusion sampling geophysical survey sampling at a former tank field and removal of concrete to enable the investigation of hydraulic lift pistons, including the removal of the pistons and their contents to ascertain whether the soils beneath the area were impacted removal of a 1,000-gallon #2 heating oil UST and contents to determine if any leaks had occurred a baseline ecological evaluation and development of a Remedial Action Work Plan.
