Removal of drums of abandoned hazardous substances complete, and all buildings on site demolished in preparation for site assessment. Citizens Energy has also dedicated 50,000 through supplemental environmental program towards the site to create green space and possible 2 new soccer fields for IndyParks.

Former Use: Site was previously owned and operated by Titan Industries, Inc. a metal plating and powder coating company. They lost title through tax delinquency and foreclosure, and later abandoned hazardous substances within the buildings and left the site with collapsing buildings and subsurface contamination.
