Additional Property Attributes

The property is approximately 4.39 acres and is primarily vacant, except for a small used automobile sales lot, located on the southwestern portion of the property.The subject property also includes address 1515, 1529, and 1531.The site is a mix of residence and commercial properties.

Former Use: The subject property has two small vinyl sided and asphalt shingled structures that are used as office space for the used car business and are located on the southwestern portion of the property. An asphalt parking lot that is remnant of the former Hess Gas station is located on the northwestern portion of the property. Charleston Highway and public sidewalk are located adjacent to the western side of the subject property residence. The available historical information indicates that the subject property has been partially developed since at least 1940s. A Hess Service Station was located on the property from approximatly 1970 to 1990s.
