Additional Property Attributes

Phase I ESA determined no RECs found at site. AME Disaster Relief Center currently uses the site to warehouse emergency preparedness/ response supplies. AME plans to purchase the building and make it a permanent headquarters and also house the Project Jumpstart program to provide alternative education for local students.

Former Use: The property formerly served as the Reynolds Aluminum Recycling Center. It is currently being used by AME Disaster Relief Center to warehouse emergency preparedness/ response supplies. The property is made up of 5 full lots and 2 1/2 lots which have had numerous past owners.
