Additional Property Attributes

The subject property consists of 7 lots, which have all been acquired by a purchaser subsequent to the Phase I ESA. Redevelopment planning is in progress and a multi-unit mixed-income infill housing development has been proposed for the site.

Former Use: The site consists of 7 undeveloped, vacant lots near electrical substations and surrounded by an area with light commercial uses. Signs of historical use evident at the time of the Phase I ESA included concrete slab remnants, retaining walls and driveways. Two billboards are located on the northern portion of the site. Mr. Joseph Atiyah was the property owner at the time the Phase I ESA was conducted.
