Additional Property Attributes

The subject property consists of 20 lots, which have all been acquired by a purchaser subsequent to the Phase II ESA. Redevelopment planning is in progress and a multi-unit mixed-income infill housing development has been proposed for the site.

Former Use: The site consists of 20 lots which are mostly undeveloped with some residential structures and uses. The subject property is surrounded by light commercial and residential properties. An occupied large commercial/ office building is adjacent to the site. Mr. Joseph Atiyah was the property owner at the time of the Phase I and II ESA�s.
