Additional Property Attributes

The subject property consists of 10 lots, which have all been acquired by a purchaser subsequent to the Phase I ESA. Redevelopment planning is in progress and a multi-unit mixed-income infill housing development has been proposed for the site.

Former Use: The site consists of 10 undeveloped lots bordered by a parking lot to the south and Interstate 110 to the west. A road runs through the property and signs of historical use evident at the time of the Phase I ESA included several concrete slabs where residential units were previously situated. Mr. Joseph Atiyah was the property owner at the time the Phase I ESA was conducted.
