The BTA was conducted for the City to evaluate environmental uncertainties associated with the property. The property is being cleared to create greenspace that will be used as a downtown sitting area. One REC from an adjacent historical feature was identified however, based on current site conditions and overall use goals, a Phase II was not necessary.
