Additional Property Attributes

Parcels will be involved in a major redevelopment project called the Mountain Line Multi-Modal Transfer Center that will provide services for access to business, residential, education, recreation, and retail centers in and around the Flagstaff region.

Former Use: Two properties are being used for city operations one is a parking lot which used to be a gas station, and one has a vacant boarded-up building with a serious mold issue. Three of the parcels contain buildings that may contain asbestos and will be demolished.
