Former Use: The Livery Building was used in the late 1800s through the early 1900s as a carriage repair facility, and later as an automobile repair facility. In the mid 20th century, the building was used to store lacquer on the second floor, for a paint shop that was also located on the second floor. By 1971, lacquer storage occurred on both floors.
