Former Use: This parcel, along with the abutting Parcel 4-13, is part of the greater "Rivers Edge" cleanup and redevelopment project. The site is located within a commercial/industrial area within the Cities of Medford, Malden, & Everett. The source condition that is the subject of cleanup on the Mystic Plating property involves a release of cadmium, chromium (as total) and arsenic as a consequence to metal plating activities conducted upon Parcel 4-12, which was formerly occupied by the Mystic Plating Company.
