Property Highlights

Former Use: The subject property is located on a hill an estimated 30 feet in elevation above the community of Pilot Station. It is defined as US Survey No. 4489 Tract C, Lot 3. During operation of the well pump station the property was owned by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and the facility was managed by the City of Pilot Statio. 73.9 acres encompassing the subject property was transferred to Gail Ozmina as a Trustee for the Township of Pilot Station August 2, 1990. On July 10, 1991 the property was transferred from Gail Acheson as the Trustee for the Townsite, State of Alaska, to the ADOT.
