Tanks were cut open, cleaned with absorbent pellets and rags, and transported for recycling. Product and vent piping was removed and transported for recycling. Approximately 10 gallons of water emptied from 200 gall UST was transported for disposal. Soil was re-used at the site.

Property Highlights

The Keller Park site is located about 2.1 miles south of Keller, WA. The USTs (three total) reportedly were associated with a service station that previously occupied the site; currently no structure remain at the site. No information was available regarding the UST's at the site. The UST's were decommissioned and seven samples were conducted. The samples indicated diesel/petroleum levels present but not above MTCA and HSCA cleanup levels.

Former Use: DESCRIPTION: 2.1 miles South of Keller, Washington. Located in a stand of pine trees approximately 85 feet West of Highway 21. A gravel road and an open grassy area were located directly East of the USTs and three vent pipes for the USTs were present between the tanks and the pine tree. HISTORY: Associated with a service station that previously occupied the site. No current structures remain at the site.
