The northern parcel is currently being renovated as a two-unit aprtment building. The southern parcel contains a concrete pad that was formerly used to support a mobile home. Exterior grounds are paved, gravel-covered, or grass covered. The northern parcel building operated as a gasoline station from as early 1940's through 1993.
