Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Property is approx 5.28 acres of land comprised of three parcels. The main parcel is improved with one commercial building that serves as a gasoline/convience store and post office. The northern parcel is currently being renovated as a two-unit aprtment building. The southern parcel contains a concrete pad that was formerly used to support a mobile home. Exterior grounds are paved, gravel-covered, or grass covered. The northern parcel building operated as a gasoline station from as early 1940's through 1993.
