Former Use: According to the historical documents reviewed, the Site was initially occupied by E.W. Walker & Stutz Co. circa 1896. The E.W. Walker & Stutz Co. appears to have utilized the Site for carriage manufacturing and repair. By 1905 The Art Novelty Co. had taken over occupancy of the Site. The Art Novelty Co. used the Site for light furniture manufacturing. Sometime between 1910 and 1917 Goshen Churn & Ladder Co. took over occupancy of the Site. The Goshen Churn & Ladder Co. utilized the Site for manufacturing lawn swings and step ladders. Goshen Churn & Ladder Co. appears to have occupied the Site until the early 1980�s. Jane Miller of L & N Investments, LLC., the current owner, indicated that L & N Investments, LLC had taken ownership of the Site circa 1985. Since 1985 the Site has been used for Homemade Craft Retail, currently the Site is solely being utilized for storage
