Additional Property Attributes

One UST present on site was part of former Round Lake Resort that was closed and demolished in the early 1980s. The UST was located about 15 feet east of a gravel turnaround in an open grassy area. Vent and fill sandpipes were observed on the north end of the UST; a pressure relief valve, connected to about 18 inches of product piping, was observed on the south end of the UST. Fill soil encountered during UST removal appeared to be native sand (not imported). The UST measured approximately 5-feet long and 3-feet in diameter with an approximate holding capacity of about 265 gallons. A metal tie-down strap was attached around the tank but no anchors were observed in the UST excavation.

Former Use: DESCRIPTION: Northeast side of Round Lake, about 0.1 miles south of Bridge Creek Road in Ferry County, Washington. HISTORY: Part of a former Round Lake Resort that was closed and demolished in the early 1980's. The UST (one) was located about 15 feet east of a gravel turnaround in an open grassy area. Vent and fill standpipes were observed on the north end of the UST. A pressure relief valve, connected to about 18 inches of product piping was observed on the south end of the UST.
