Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The gas station was built in 1971 and was owned and operated by the Circle K Corporation until May of 1972, when it was purchased by Henry and Inga Miller, who renamed the gas station The Short Stop. The Millers sold the Short Stop to Earl and Jackie Donoven in May of 1993. The Donovens then sold it to Dan and Nannette Ellis in June of 1995. The Ellis have owned and operated the gas station as The Short Stop until November of 2009, when it closed its doors. Currently, the property is for sale and vacant. Dan and Nannette Ellis have had several interested buyers, but the property is perceived to be contaminated and local lenders refuse to finance the property.
