Additional Property Attributes

Property is included in the East Billings Urban Renewal District, which is the grantee, Big Sky Economic Development Authority's BSEDA, and the City of Billings' effort to address economic stagnation issues in the area east and adjacent to Downtown Billings.

Former Use: Property is used for community outreach, and to provide clothign, household items and groceries for clients. Attic space is used for storage of retail items. In the early 1910s it housed the Billings Broom Factory. In the late 1940s to mid 1970s, it housed the Yellowstone County Implement Company. In the 1970s it housed the Parker Livestock Supply.
