Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property originally had residential dwellings and possibly a welding shop in the 1940's. In the 1960's a gasoline station was constructed on the property. At least two additions have been constructed to the original building. Several underground storage tanks were installed over the years along with a canopy and fuel dispensers. All fuel and storage and dispensing equipment have been removed. The building is vacant. All equipment, materials, and supplies have been removed from the shop area and customer service area.
