Property is located adjacent to City park may be redeveloped in the future

Former Use: The first known use of the property was in 1916, the Property had a residential building located on the southwest corner. Historical records indicate that the Property was built to be a Planning Mill during the 1920s and 1930s, although it is not confirmed whether it was operated in this capacity. The Property is currently operating as a car repair shop and salvage yard and has been operating in this capacity since the early 1940s. A coal yard was indicated on the Property in the Sanborn Map and a railroad spur was present on the Property in the 1930s and the 1940s. Since 1996 to the present, the Property has been used as a salvage yard and car repair shop under the name Barberton Wheel Alignment.
