: The site is undeveloped and is currently vacant with a dirt road running from the southwest to northeast through the property. The property is surrounded by largely undeveloped property and is located near the Town�s central community area. Several uses have been proposed for this site, including commercial, professional, office, civic, or residential activities, greenspace, agricultural production, and/or community and utility facilities.

Former Use: This Amargosa Valley site is a 40-acre portion of a 1,880.00-acre parcel. It was never developed, but had evidence of 'desert dumping'.
