Additional Property Attributes

The funding amounts and dates for the Phase 1 and Phase 2 assessments conducted under the TBA program in 2001-2002 are unknown. Estimated values were input as placeholders on 3/26/12.

Former Use: This is a small lot entirely occupied by a multi-story woodd manufacturing building (prior to demolition). The manufacturing building was erected in the 1800's and was occupied by a shoe manufacturer for a short period. a number of commercial enterprises subsequently occupied the building. The most recent occupant was a mica processing facility. The building has been vacant since about 2001. The Town of Bristol took the building for back taxes. The cleanup included the demolition of the building, since it was not structurally sound and covered in lead based paint. Cleanup also included disposal of universal wastes and excavation/disposal of lead contaminated soils around the building.
