Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is comprised of one 2.00 acre parcel of land located on 225 Main Street Route 107 in Fremont, NH. The property has been used as a gasoline station since at least 1969. The current owner plans to sell the property to be redeveloped. Four registered tanks [4,000 and 8,000 gallon gasoline and 6,000 and 2,000 diesel tanks] and two unregisterd tanks at the property were out of compliance and were removed to assess the potential of leaks of petroleum. Contamianted soil was identified around two of the tanks and was cleaned up utilizing NHDES funding.

Former Use: The property has been used as a gasoline station since at least 1969.
