Additional Property Attributes

The site building which was constructed in the 1900 and was most recently occupied by Public Laundry and Dry Cleaning is without doubt a likely source of Asbestos Containing Material ACM and Clorinated compounds.Though the building has been vacant for ten years, Sanborn Fir Insurance Map showed that the building was occupied by laundry facility in the early 1900 and EDR environmental database report indicated that the site building was occupied by Public Cleaners and that the occupant was listed as a RCRA samll quantity hazardous waste generator. This could be a potential source for soil and groundwater contamination by chlorinated compounds within the site.

Former Use: The site building which was constructed in the 1900 and was most recently occupied by Public Laundry and Dry Cleaning is without doubt a likely source Asbestos Containing Material ACM and Clorinated compounds either in the air, soil and grounwater.Though the building has been vacant for ten years, Sanborn Fire Insurance Map showed that the building was occupied by laundry facility in the early 1900 and EDR environmental database report indicated that the site building was occupied by Public Cleaners and that the occupant was listed as a RCRA samll quantity hazardous waste generator. In addition, a previous study identified on RCRA violation was dated October 20, 1989 for the facility. It is important to note that Historical city directories reviewed showed no listing for the site previous identity and site owner was not available for interview during the Phase 1 assessment.
