Additional Property Attributes

Development at the ATF property/Square 710 progresses. The excavation phase is complete, and construction of the foundation of the lower level walls is underway. The New York/Florida Avenue Metro Station, immediately adjacent to this property, opened to the public on November 22, 2004. Significant progress at this property and the opening of the new Metro Station appear to have been the signal to begin other redevelopment projects within a few blocks of this area. On April 7, 2005, the UST Division issued a No Further Action letter. (Property Profile attached to QR 26, 1/1/05-3/31/05) At least six stories of the building have been constructed.
