Additional Property Attributes

Commercial property located on approximately 2.4 acres of land and consists of five irregular-shaped parcels. Current land use in the area is characterized as commercial with light industrial businesses in the area which include trucking, vehicle repair, recycling centers, machine shops, and auto salvage. Asbestos and lead based paint where found in the building. Need to properly manage if/when building is demolished as noted in Phase II Report

Former Use: The subject property was purchased by its current owner in the late 1950s. At that time, it was a vacant lot. The subject property was first utilized as Service Candy in 1957. An addition to the building occurred in the 1980s.
