Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment was conducted on the Property located at 204 East Church Street and completed in August, 2010. Based on the findings of the Phase I Environmental Assessment, further investigation may be warranted at the 204 East Church Street Property. While Phase II confirmed petroleum and arsenic contaminatin in soil, the detected contaminants were at or below their applicable Statewide Standard. In addition, cumulative risk calculations were below regulatory limits.

Former Use: The property is a warehouse built in 1910 and was historically a retail store. The property is located in a primarily commercial area of Marshalltown.
