Additional Property Attributes

This property has been used as a chicken hatching farm, a grain milling facility and a laboratory owned by Blue Seal Feeds. It is adjacent to the regional waste to energy facility Mid Maine Waste Action Corporation, an operation in need of additional land for expansion. Discussion has been initiated between the two owners, but concern for potential environmental hazards has been a concern and has been resolved by the completion of the Phase I and Phase II investigations.
