Additional Property Attributes

A Phase II was conducted in Jan. and early Feb. 2001 which consisted of installation of four 4 temporary wells, site lithology determination and soil screening, analysis of groundwater samples for VOCs, and a survey of the building for asbestos-containing materials. No concentrations of VOCs were reported above the laboratory detection limits in the groundwater samples, and were less than applicable USEPA National Primary Drinking Water Standards MCLs. 170 bulk samples of possible ACm were collected throughout the former school building. Forty-two 42 of the samples tested positive for asbestos contained 1 asbestos.

Former Use: This property was a school up to 1976 when it became a Community Center.
