Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property is located near the western boundary of the East Downtown Billings Urban Renewal District. The site listed at 2123 2nd Avenue North presents a REC to the subject property because of its historical use which includes a gasoline service station in the 1940s, 1950s, and 1960s. It is located 350 feet southwest of the property at 2015 2nd Avenue North. Inferred groundwater flow is to the east with an unknown northern to southern component.In 1912, several small structures occupied by Building Materials Storage were present on the southern portion of the properties at 2021 and 2015 2nd Avenue North. . In 1929 the property at 2015 2nd Avenue North was occupied by Bagnon and Company. In 1944 property at 2015 2nd Avenue North was occupied by Bender Auction. . In 1958 the US Army Reserve Training Center was located at 2015 2nd Avenue North. In 1976, it was occupied by Paris Beauty Supply.In 1999 the property at 2015 2nd Avenue North was occupied by Signs Etc.
