Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property is comprised of 10.27 acres of land with four buildings and two sheds. Two of the central structures on the property are utilized by the Bloomingdale Regional Animal Shelter Society for the adoption of dogs and cats. One cellular tower operated by Sprint is located on site to the west of the structures. An unpaved access drive runs northeast from Brandt Lane through the central portion of the property. The remainder of the property consists of disturbed wooded land. The property was formerly utilized as the Butler-Bloomingdale Sewage Treamtnet Plant from at least 1978 to 1987. The treatment plant performed secondary biological process with vacuum filtration for sludge dewatering.
