Additional Property Attributes

This is currently vacant land and part of the area OKC will be acquiring for the Core to Shore C2S central park. Phase I is being done as pre-acquisition due diligence. Current use is parking.

Former Use: Currently owned by Brent Bostick and being used for parking. USTs in area vicinity but not known to be on the property. Historic records indicate the Property was utilized for residential purposes from at least 1894 until approximately 1969. The 1970 aerial photograph indicates the residential structures on the Property were cleared and a parking lot was constructed. This parking lot coincides with the development of the USPS facility to the southwest of the Property. Records indicate the Property has been used as a parking lot from approximately 1970 until the present. Although no potential RECs were identified on the Property, the potential off-site sources of environmental contamination from other industrial uses in the vicinity, when viewed collectively, represent a potential material threat to the Property. Therefore, Phase Irecommends that a Phase II ESA be conducted at the Property.
