Property Highlights

Former Use: A concrete block/masonary structure formerly a 100 patient nursing home. It was abandoned in the 90s and has been vacant since that time. Patients were removed overnight and much of the equipment supplies, medications, etc. were initially left in place including patient records. City of Comanche was approached as a possible property recipient by owners. Phase I ESA completed 12/1999 and provided to the city. Phase I ESA did identify ACM in ceiling texture and floor tile . City took title to property in 2003 after ASCOR completed initial investigation and verification ESA data.
