Additional Property Attributes

The Marion Central Corridor Master Plan identified the site with Phase 3B of its redevelopment efforts. The plan highlights the site for future "urban" residential development. These housing units will be located across a center esplanade from a 100,000 square-foot office campus. Cleanup activities will be required for residential reuse.

Former Use: The property located contained residential development from approximately 1940-1976 and commercial development from 1977-present. The commercial development includes Electric Specialty Manufacturing from 1981 to 2007.
