Additional Property Attributes

One two-story brick and masonry structure, approximately 19,000 sq. ft. occupies approximately 90 percent of site. Current structure is original plus several additions. Due to the amount of excavated soils, longterm groundwater monitoring wells were required by MoDNR. A minimum of 4 quarters sampling/reporting are required before a "clean letter" can be obtained. Redevelopment will be delayed until it is confirmed that the property is clean.

Former Use: 4321 Finney appears to have been developed around 1911 as West End Laundry Company which operated on the site until the early 1960s when the name changed to Premier Linen and Laundry Service. In the early 1990s it was listed as Dycron Plastics and in 2007, it was listed as Assured Injection Molding.
