Additional Property Attributes

This subgrant project provided funding for remedial design, public participation and implementation of chemical oxidation of groundwater. The subgrant was not intended to cover costs through the entire remedial action/case closure. The subgrant cleanup goals were achieved, i.e. remediating high concentrations of PCE; additional monitoring is required to achieve case closure. RJB Properties, LLC purchased the property on December 17, 2013 and have completed redevelopment.

Former Use: The property is zoned for commercial, but had a single-family residence. The property was used for some sort of salvage and/or storage operations, which appear to have resulted in a release at the common property line of the former Home Juice Site.
