Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Historic records indicate the Site could have been developed by the early 1900s. Aerial photography confirms a large residential-type building had been constructed on the Parcel by 1954 which generally corresponds to the time period the Parcel was occupied by Van Dyke Builders. The Residential Appraisal Card used at the Site from 1954 through 1978 indicates the Parcel was at sometime during that time period occupied by a wood working plant. The wood working plant apparently contained a cement floor, an office partition, concrete loading platforms, and three coal fired stoves. A fire reportedly occurred on the Site in 1979 and the affected building subsequently razed in 1980. Records indicate construction began on the existing commercial building in 1981, with construction completed by 1984. A pond currently located at the Site appears to have been constructed during the same time period. Of additional note, although the date of ownership transfer is not yet known, the current owner Enco Realty purchased the Site from Curtis Van Dyke. Occupants of the Site following transfer of the property to Enco Realty have included numerous commercial tenants, potentially including two environmental laboratories.
