Additional Property Attributes

This site has been redeveloped into an urban plaza which is covered with a concrete cap. The City of Pine Bluff is responsible for maintaining the cap. The site also has deed restrictions which restrict the use to commercial/industrial only and prohibit the use of groundwater for any purpose.

Former Use: A review of historical records indicates the property was vacant until it was developed as a service station in 1956. The property operated as a service station until the fuel system registered to the subject property (ADEQ 35000131) was permanently closed as of December 1, 1988. Four (4) underground storage tanks were filled with an inert solid, according to the database records. Beginning in 2000, a detail shop operated at the site until it was purchased by the city in December 2009. The city demolished the commercial structure at the site in 2010.
