Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: At the time of the Phase I ESA, the subject property was vacant land partially paved in concrete. According to the historical references reviewed, an auto repair facility and gasoline service station operated on the site. Records indicated that the auto repair shop was present as early as 1925. Tax records indicated that two 1,000-gallon underground storage tanks were reportedly removed on March 2, 1994.
