Additional Property Attributes

The BTA was conducted for the Hunter Health Clinic Not-For-Profit to assist with the expansion of health care facilities on the property. Environmental uncertainties existed due to potential impacts from adjacent facilities. The clinic is an expansion projet, which is necessary in order to continue to provide essential health care services to the community. Based on information collected during the Phase I, it appears that ALl Appropriate Inquiry AAI was attained with no significant data gaps. Recognized environment conditions RECs associated with the property were identified as the following: potential petroleum contaminiation from a reported historic gas station ajacent south and potential hazardous material from two earthen mounds of unknown source located north of the property. Phase II assessment activities are to be conducted at the BTa property due to the aforesaid RECs.
