Additional Property Attributes

The Town of Winter Harbor are in the process of redeveloping the site to include a Town Safety building to house the Police and fire department. It may also include the Town administration offices. Asbestos containing materials, mercury switches, and emergency light batteries were removed prior to the building demolition. Current Construction bids for the new construction are approximately 1,400,000, which has not started to date.
